Viewing Agent
At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our team as a Viewer/Canvasserto complement our fantastic residential sales team in Downham Market.
Applicants must be driven, target orientated and have excellent communication skills. Continuous training will be provided along with a development plan to help map out your career with William H Brown, however far your ambition will allow you go.
A quick look at the role
In this role you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting all property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales! You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent
7. Has customer service or sales experience
8. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
9. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
12. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
