Your Role as a SENCO: ✔ Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision, ensuring high-quality support for students with special educational needs. ✔ Work closely with the leadership team, teachers, and support staff to ensure inclusive teaching and learning. ✔ Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN, adjusting teaching methods and interventions as necessary. ✔ Provide guidance and support to staff in managing students with a variety of special educational needs. ✔ Develop and implement effective strategies and interventions to support students' learning and well-being.
