Joining a highly experienced Private Client department, you'll handle a varied and rewarding caseload, advising clients on a broad range of matters including: Probate and estate administration for taxable and non-taxable estates Applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration Wills and estate planning Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney Court of Protection applications Trusts and Declarations of Trust Inheritance Tax planning Elderly client matters Care fee funding advice Capacity issues and Power of Attorney administration Working in a stand-alone role based at the Luton office, you'll be supported by an experienced team based at the other offices, alongside two dedicated support staff, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional advice and building long-lasting client relationships. We're keen to speak with Private Client Lawyers who have: A minimum of 8 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) Strong technical knowledge across Private Client matters Excellent client care and communication skills A professional yet approachable manner The ability to manage a varied caseload independently A genuine passion for helping clients navigate important life decisions The firm believes that enjoying your work is fundamental to success.
