We are a Swindon-based web and app development company, on the hunt for a Technical Virtual Assistant to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, with a passion for technology, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a small team setting.
THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Virtual Assistant to assist our clients with content and document creation, inbox triage, and general administration, alongside supporting the wider business operations in areas such as application testing and website maintenance.
Client satisfaction and attention to the fine detail is paramount in what we do. Therefore, this position would be ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for finding solutions, and a strong commitment to doing things thoroughly without taking shortcuts.

We are a small, friendly and professional business, based in Swindon, offering a variety of web and app services. Since starting in 2020, we have steadily built up a diverse portfolio of satisfied clients and developed many collaborative working relationships. In 2022, we introduced our virtual assistant service, offering administrative, technical and creative assistance to small and growing businesses.
We provide continuous training and a supportive culture to encourage growth and employee wellbeing. As a team, we work flexibly and collaboratively, with regular check-ins and open communication. While our roles are quite varied we are committed to supporting development within specific areas of interests.
HOURS
Starting at 16 per week (split across 3-4 days)
SALARY
£14ph, reviewed after successful completion of 6-month probationary period.
LOCATION
In-person catch ups and training sessions will be held in Swindon, including the initial induction week.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND VALUES
* 1+ Years experience in a virtual assistant, PA, or similar type role
* Experience with project management applications, ideally familiar with ClickUp advanced features
* Proficient in Microsoft for Business applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Understanding of cyber security risks and IT security controls
* Willing and quick to learn and use new technologies and software applications
* Dedication to customer service and problem solving
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
* 1+ Years experience in a client facing/account management role
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategy and tools available
* Experience with graphic design tools, such as Photoshop or Figma
* Familiar with Google Workspace apps
