Job Title: Store Supervisor
Join Screwfix as a Store Supervisor and lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high store standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Host: Be the team leader in-store, understanding customer needs, guiding them to the right products, and creating a welcoming environment.
2. Store Standards: Ensure smooth operations including cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
3. Teamwork: Collaborate with a dedicated team that takes pride in their store, working together and enjoying the role.
4. Customer Service & Sales: Provide exceptional service and effectively translate that into sales.
5. Personal Qualities: Be inquisitive, always seeking to improve, passionate about the business, friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
Additional Information:
You will be a vital part of the team, actively participating in front-of-house customer interactions or warehouse duties, always prioritizing the customer experience. We offer comprehensive training, varied shift patterns for work-life balance, and opportunities for career growth.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7am to 8pm
Saturday: 7am to 6pm
Sunday: 9am to 4pm
