Job Title: Multiskilled Operative - HS2 Engineering Project Location: Banbury area, Oxfordshire About the Role: Join one of the UK's most transformative infrastructure projects! We're seeking experienced Multiskilled Operatives to work on the High Speed 2 (HS2) engineering project, supporting a range of civil engineering and construction activities. You'll play a critical role in the safe and efficient delivery of works across the site. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of general construction, groundwork, and site maintenance tasks. Operate tools, small plant, and machinery (e.g., dumpers, rollers, breakers). Assist tradespeople and engineers with installation and assembly work. Support utility diversions, drainage works, concrete pours, and general civils. Adhere to site safety protocols and ensure a clean, organised work area. Essential Requirements: Valid Skilled worker Blue CSCS card. Proven experience on large civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Full UK driving licence (preferred). CPCS / NPORS tickets for plant (advantageous). Strong awareness of health and safety practices. Desirable Qualifications: CAT & Genny, Manual Handling, Confined Spaces, or First Aid.
