We are seeking a motivating, reflective teacher (M1–M6) to join us on a one-year fixed-term contract from September 2026. This role will involve delivering excellent day-to-day teaching in our Early Years setting, contributing to curriculum development and playing a full part in our school community. Key aspects of the role: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that enthuse pupils and promote strong progress across all areas of learning. Use careful, purposeful assessment to check pupil understanding Identify misconceptions and adapt teaching to support secure learning. Support improvements in writing outcomes across the school and help embed a consistent approach to Early Years maths and early writing readiness. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning and strong pastoral support for pupils — especially those who are disadvantaged or have SEND.
