Key Responsibilities
* Proactive Sales: Making high-volume outbound calls to new prospects and existing clients to upsell/cross-sell products
* Account Management: Maintaining a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term success, and conducting regular check-ins
* Sales Cycle Management: Handling inbound inquiries, producing quotes, negotiating, and closing deals
* CRM Utilization: Keeping accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline updates, and sales data
* Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with decision-makers, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving disputes
* Performance Tracking: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or account management
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
* Drive: Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards strict, high-volume targets
* Technology: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
