Global Account Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Bonus: Linked to personal & business targets
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm (40 hours/week)
Work Mode: Hybrid – minimum 2 days/week in Brighton office
In Brief
We’re seeking a dynamic Global Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international private medical insurers (IPMI) and multinational corporate clients. You’ll build trusted relationships, drive value, and deliver high‑quality service that supports client needs and Teladoc’s continued growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of international insurers and corporate clients.
Lead contract renewals in an organised, timely and commercially focused way.
Ensure SLAs, performance targets and commercial obligations are met.
Develop account plans, tracking financial performance and profitability.
Present and demonstrate products, sharing market insights and developments.
Produce clear, accurate and useful client reports.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective client support.
Handle day‑to‑day communications, resolving queries promptly.
Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
Report regularly to the Director of Global Accounts on progress and risks.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in global healthcare, IPMI, virtual care or similar client-facing environments.
Proven ability to manage high‑value contracts and grow accounts.
Understanding of supporting clients across multiple regions.
Strong commercial awareness of the healthcare/insurance sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
Confidence working with data and reporting systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
Experience handling client escalations effectively.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
