What you’ll be doing Operational Leadership Lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch. Health & Safety Conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures. People Leadership Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one. What we’re looking for A confident, hands‑on leader with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Someone who loves developing people and building a positive, high‑performing team culture. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement. Someone who understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency and customer experience. Health & Safety awareness (IOSH or similar is a bonus, but not essential).
