Offer description

* A casual role supporting the lives of young adults and children across Somerset and beyond.
* This role requires frequent physical effort e.g. Moving of deliveries, furniture, and equipment.

You will accrue entitlement to paid leave pro-rata to actual hours worked.


What will I be doing?

We’re working to improve the lives of young adults and children across Somerset & beyond by always promoting the highest standards of customer care – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:

Hospitality staff have a dual role, often changing duties from cleaning to dining room or kitchen duties within the same shift.

* Clean public rooms, offices, corridors and kitchen. Set up rooms for groups, meal servings and conference facilities. This may include moving furniture.
* Ensure the centre looks clean and tidy inside and out.
* Respond to customer need through the provision of high-quality services.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:

* Service industry experience.
* Experience working in a kitchen/domestic team in a previous role.

Anything else I should know?

The salary for the role is Grade 16- £12.85 per hour.
