Who is New England Seafood International?

New England Seafood International (NESI) was established in 1991 and is an importer and processor of premium fresh and frozen sustainable fish and seafood. NESI employs circa 850 people across three sites in the UK and imports a wide range of wild and farmed fish and shellfish from all around the world. We are part of the Sealaska Corporation, an Alaska Native corporation formed in 1971 and which is owned by 26,000 Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian shareholders, who are all bloodline descendants of the first settlers to the Americas.

Job Purpose
A key role within the retail sales team, the National Account Executive will support the SNAM's and Grocery Controller in the delivery of budgeted sales across their specific accounts for brand and private label products.

Key Responsibilities

* Key support to the SNAM's in delivering annual plans
* Assist in delivering robust sales forecasting that reflects agreed account plans
* Provide regular reporting which highlights performance v KPIs and recommend solutions
* Assist with JBP planning & reporting
* Work closely with marketing and category teams to deliver agreed plans and identify opportunities
* Ownership for promotional tracking, analysis and evaluation with recommendations
* Support the SNAM's for NPD launches managing Stage & Gate process. Management of sales processes and systems for range changes and promotions
* Supporting in financial modelling
* Ownership and delivery of core commercial projects
* Build relationships internally across all functions
* Be the super user for customer portals

What experiences, knowledge and capabilities do I need to demonstrate?

* At least 1 year in a similar role
* FMCG experience with retail customers desirable
* Attention to detail
* High self-motivation & drive
* Ability to operate under pressure
* Tenacious
* Strong team player
* Flexible
* Highly numerate and confident with excel
