Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Business Analyst (Adult Social Care)
We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst with strong implementation experience to support the rollout and optimisation of finance and procurement modules within our Adult Social Care Directorate.
Role Overview:
Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of D365 F&O finance and procurement modules
Gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into functional specs
Work with technical teams and suppliers to ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment
Streamline finance and procurement processes to improve efficiency and compliance
Support data migration, UAT, training, and go-live activity
Provide insights on costs, contracts, and supplier performance using system outputs
Essential Experience required
Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O (finance/procurement modules)
Strong understanding of finance, procurement, or commissioning workflows
Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
Confident working with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and operations
Public sector or Adult Social Care experience
