Are you detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about delivering high-quality housing services? Join our dedicated Income Team and play a key role in supporting residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our rent and housing systems.
About the Role
As a Specialist (Rent & Data), you’ll support the Income Manager and Deputy to the Neighbourhood Housing Lead in delivering a comprehensive housing and rents service. You’ll be responsible for managing rent data, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accurate reporting and communication with residents and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyse data for income monitoring and reporting
* Oversee daily cash postings and ensure accurate fund allocation
* Reconcile rent transactions and balances across accounts
* Prepare annual rent increase notifications and monthly statements
* Liaise with external printers for rent statement production
* Collaborate with IT and Finance to resolve system issues
* Monitor and manage rent accounts for North Downs Housing
* Support the Housing Rent Assistant and liaise with debt collection teams
* Identify households impacted by Universal Credit migration
* Produce reports and maintain accurate records on the housing database
