The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in lettings management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the lettings team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
* Grow the lettings portfolio through proactive business development and client relationship management.
* Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations with landlords and tenants.
* Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies.
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a strong local reputation.
* Report directly to senior management on performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a lettings management or senior lettings role.
* Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and industry standards.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A proven ability to build relationships and grow business.
* ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential).
* Full UK driving licence.
