Clinical Director – Bridge Veterinary Group – Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire
Do you have a passion for inspiring and motivating others in a dynamic, forward‑thinking veterinary environment? We are looking for a Clinical Director to lead our busy, well‑established hospitals and practices at Bridge Veterinary Group.
About the Role
Lead and manage clinical teams across multiple sites, working closely with our Senior Clinical Director and Regional Director. Serve as a business‑wide advocate for our core values, consistently coaching and challenging colleagues to deliver the highest standards of compassionate, high‑quality care.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and perform clinical duties as a veterinary surgeon.
* Generate high engagement within the team and practices.
* Deliver high quality clinical services while driving continuous improvement in clinical performance.
* Provide flexibility to adapt and support colleagues.
* Communicate key messages and ensure clear, effective teamwork.
* Collaborate closely with other leaders across the business.
* Interpret financial information, data and KPI dashboards for business development.
* Identify new services and opportunities for overall practice and team growth.
Qualifications
* Qualified veterinary surgeon (RCVS & VDS).
* Experience in clinical leadership and clinical duties.
* Strong communication and coaching skills.
* Business acumen with ability to analyze finance and KPI data.
* Ability to inspire teams and drive performance improvements.
