PE Global is recruiting an Executive Assistant for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client based in Hook. The role is an initial 12-month contract duration. The pay rate is £17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
* PA to General Manager and IT Lead Team management. Duties to include Expenses, Travel, Diary Management and budget control.
* Organisation of internal and external meetings and events
* Processing of Purchase orders
* Manage group emails and SharePoint sites
* Document Archiving
* Preparation for Meetings, Workshops & Townhalls (To include collating accountability deck, agenda structure, external venue sourcing when necessary & catering)
* Support with local facilities management in raising purchase orders, communications and organisational duties
Requirements:
* Commercial Training / High School Degree or equivalent (e.g. other vocational qualification, must have very good administrative skills/experience)
* Proven written and oral proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages a plus.
* 2 to 3 years’ experience in commercial business.
* Good knowledge in preparing presentations (Power Point and Excel) and working with MS office
* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of MS-Office and workflow based database systems.
* SAP & Concur knowledge a plus
