Oversee recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and managing candidate communication. Support the development and implementation of employee training programmes. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Contribute to the review and enhancement of HR policies and procedures. Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR matters.Profile A successful HR Advisor should have: A strong background in HR, ideally within the education sector.
