The Project Manager will ideally come from a residential background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from inception through to completion.
The Project Manager career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments.
The Project Manager duties will be but not limited to managing site team, dealing with client, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
