We are a firm of Structural & Civil Engineers based in Hove seeking a courteous, reliable, versatile and adaptable individual to perform office administration duties. Duties include, printing off and replying to daily emails, typing of letters, reports and emails. Answering the telephone as first point of contact, relaying messages to other members of staff, recording of timesheets, keep filing systems up to date and other additional secretarial/administrative tasks as and when required to do so.
The individual needs to perform well under pressure and adhere to deadlines, work well as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, typing accuracy is essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 1.30pm Option to join workplace pension scheme and private health insurance scheme after satisfactory probational period of 3 months. Hours are slightly flexible i.e. 9.00am to 2pm)
Please kindly note that this is a Part-Time Position although candidate may be required to increase hours to cover periods of whereby other admin staff are on annual leave.
£26,000.00 per annum (pro -rata 25 hours per week = £ per annum)
