Senior Estates Surveyor – 6 Month Contract, Up to £400 per day, Hybrid/Flexible
Your new companyAre you an experienced Estates Surveyor with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results? We're seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract, taking the lead in tackling a significant backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals across our property portfolio.
Your new role
* Manage and progress a backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.
* Negotiate with tenants, landlords, and agents to secure best value outcomes.
* Prepare professional valuation reports and recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, internal policies, and market standards.
* Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
* Provide expert estates advice to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord/tenant matters.
* Strong negotiation and valuation skills.
* Able to work autonomously and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
