Role: Partnerships Manager/Director for the Meta Account
I'll tell you why I'd be interested in this role..
Marketing can be a tough task. Attribution is one of the most important things in 2024 as clients struggle to figure out how to do more with less budget.
* Where do you spend your money?
* Whats the ROI on all that spend?
* Should I invest in television ads or online campaigns?
* Where do my customers actually come from?
This software solution and platform, helps clients to solve these problems. And that's what makes it one of my main picks for a great place to work right now. They are:
* Between 70-100 people globally
* A cool office in Farringdon
* International with a commercially engaged CEO who really cares
* Stable, and have clients like KIA, Lidl, Telia and Proctor & Gamble
They're looking for:
A partnerships manager to look after the Meta account and some other top tier strategic alliances for them.
You should recognise yourself in the following description:
* Minimum 2 years of partnerships or alliances management in agency, Adtech or Marketing Technology SaaS
* A nurturing character that can do both the mixture of maximising the partnership value at Meta leading to increased spend
* Adept at the commercial enablement of their sales team to increase the attach rate for campaign validation.
* Understands the long goal of transitioning Meta into more of a strategic bonded account with a retained SaaS license
* Would potentially be advantageous if the person had a previous SaaS sales background themselves
* A senior role, with an increasingly global focus across Europe where multi language skills might be ideal
Key KPI would be a 30-40% increase YoY spend in the Meta account
Key requirement: Can operate in a fast growing startup environment and operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability. It's a high profile and visible role.
2-3 days in the lively Farringdon office.
