From initial planning through to pre-commissioning and final delivery, their in-house experts handle it all — underpinned by a culture built on integrity, trust, and transparency. What You’ll Be Doing – More Than Just Drawing This is a varied, hands-on role where your CAD expertise directly supports cutting-edge lighting projects. You’ll be translating technical layouts into highly accurate 2D and 3D designs, working closely with engineers, project managers, and production teams to ensure every detail is right. Key Responsibilities Include: Interpreting lighting layouts received from contractors or clients Creating precise AutoCAD backdrops and exporting to internal systems Using graphical supervisor software to map out lighting networks and pre-commission equipment Producing and updating technical drawings and schematics in line with industry standards Working across departments to resolve design queries and offer technical guidance Supporting the Estimating team with design input for quotations Keeping all documentation and technical files organised and up to date Staying informed of the latest CAD tools and smart lighting innovations Who We’re Looking For This role will suit someone who’s not only technically strong but also enjoys problem-solving and collaboration. You’ll need to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence, while staying calm under pressure.
