Role: MIG/TIG WeldersLocation: Worthing, West SussexHours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm / Friday 7:30am - 1:30pmPay: £15 - £17 per hour + Holiday PayContract: Temporary or Permanent, Immediate Start
An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced MIG / TIG Welders to join our client based in Worthing. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects in a supportive workshop environment, with immediate starts available and both temporary and permanent contracts on offer.

The Requirements:
* Proven experience as a MIG and TIG welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work to tight tolerances and deadlines
* Good understanding of welding safety practices
* Experience working with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
* NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent welding/fabrication qualification preferred but not essential
The Role:
* Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
* Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components with precision xsngvjr
* Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy, making corrections as necessary
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company health and safety standards
* Operate hand and power tools, grinders, and other metalworking equipment
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
