Mission:
As part of the Data & AI Transformation and Global Product strategy, Pluxee is establishing a cross-functional Product Analytics team to measure, optimize, and personalize experiences across digital channels. The Product Analytics Director will define and operationalize this capability globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the global strategy and roadmap for digital and product analytics in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Data teams.
* Lead the implementation and optimization of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Contentsquare, and Datadog.
* Manage standardized tagging plans and event taxonomies across digital channels.
* Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making.
* Develop a scalable analytics architecture supporting experimentation, personalization, and user segmentation.
* Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, ensuring upskilling and alignment with business priorities.
* Ensure data quality, governance, and proper documentation of digital tracking systems.
* Provide insights, dashboards, and performance reviews to key stakeholders.
* Serve as the main contact for external vendors and analytics partners.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in digital/product analytics or data-driven product management.
* Proven experience with digital analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Firebase, Contentsquare, Datadog, etc.).
* Strong understanding of web and mobile tracking architectures and best practices.
* Experience in building and scaling analytics teams across regions or business units.
* Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
* Leadership and team-building skills.
* Deep knowledge of product lifecycle, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
* Ability to translate complex behaviors into actionable insights.
* Expertise in tracking governance, data layer design, and tagging orchestration.
* Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies.
* Collaborative mindset across Data, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.
