Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing Executive to join our group marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine room of our marketing department, working closely with the UK and SA teams.
This is not a siloed role - you will be involved in everything from email marketing and website management to partner collateral and executive presentations. We are looking for someone who is always happy to help, has a sharp eye for detail, and possesses the technical aptitude to learn new software quickly. We are looking for a real finisher who thrives on getting things done. This is not about expediency but delivering to a high standard and with creative flair.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, schedule, and send promotional email campaigns including managing email lists and reporting performance metrics.
* Create co-branded collateral for partners using existing templates
* Ensure all marketing materials adhere to OneDome’s brand guidelines.
* You should know what looks good to be able to provide light-touch design support for social assets, one-pagers, and sales decks.
* Set up and update webpages
* Assist in setting up marketing workflows and automations such as lead nurturing sequences
* Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for user experience and conversion.
* Support the team by building and formatting high-quality presentations
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative marketing tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Required Skills & Experience
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).
* Proven experience with email marketing platforms.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.
* Experience with a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) for basic page builds.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides; you know how to make a presentation look polished and professional.
