Job Role Summary:
The role of a Senior Sales Negotiator is a fundamental part of our business. You'll oversee the buyers and seller's journey from their initial enquiry through to completion. Your role will include managing a large database of applicants, conducting viewings and handling offers and negotiations.
We require someone with at least 2 years' experience for this busy position, with good local knowledge of the area. You will need excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills and be a driven individual to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Calling through potential buyers to build relationships, understand their requirements, qualify their affordability and carry out viewings to help them find a suitable home.
· Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information for the client.
· Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
· Keep up to date with local market trends, property values and share this knowledge with clients.
· Spot business opportunities to help increase income and expand market share.
· Work closely and collaboratively with the team and other Whittley Parish offices.
· Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.
· Handle administrative tasks, including updating property listings and processing paperwork.
· Be up to date with training and follow all standard working practices for your role such as Money Laundering and Health and Safety legislation.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

The ideal person will:
· Have at least 2 years' experience working in estate agency
· A proven track record of achieving targets
· Excellent communication skills
· Have a confident and enthusiastic approach to work
· High attention to detail
· Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
· Excellent customer service skills
· A clean driving license and own car
