A BS3 primary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a small group of KS1 pupils with additional needs. What your day will involve: You’ll work with a small group of children who need extra support with learning, routines, and engagement. You’ll help break tasks down, reinforce learning, and create a structured environment. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure consistency and progress. The ideal candidate: You’re calm, patient, and nurturing. You’re confident managing small groups and adapting your approach to different needs.
