Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Swindon
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £45,000 – £60,000+ (uncapped)

The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon for a driven and ambitious Commercial Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing LCV sales department with strong earning potential and an established customer base.
You will be responsible for developing new B2B business, managing existing accounts and delivering tailored vehicle solutions to local SMEs and fleet operators.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities

Managing inbound enquiries and showroom appointments

Building relationships with SMEs, trades and fleet customers

Arranging appointments and conducting vehicle demonstrations
*
Presenting finance and leasing solutions
*
Managing pipeline, forecasting and achieving monthly targets
*
Ensuring FCA compliance and accurate documentation
About You
*
Previous automotive sales experience (LCV / fleet desirable)
*
Strong B2B sales ability and relationship-building skills
*
Self-motivated and target-driven
*
Professional and confident communicator
*
Full UK Driving Licence
