The Role
As Salesforce Developer, you will participate in all aspects of Salesforce customisation, implementation, and optimisation. Working in a collaborative and solutions-focused manner, you will provide robust technical expertise and support. In addition, you will:
* Design, develop, and deploy customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
* Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across applications
* Recommend and optimise the use of Salesforce AppExchange applications to enhance sales activities and processes
* Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance, data integrity, and user experience
* Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation to ensure high-quality deployments
* Document system architecture, design changes, and user instructions; assist in end-user training and provide ongoing technical support
About You
You are a technically skilled and results-driven Salesforce Developer with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Your background demonstrates a blend of technical expertise, project management, and leadership, making you a valuable addition to our IT & Digital Transformation team. You bring:
Furthermore, you will have:
· Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and sales-related technology infrastructure (e.g., CRM systems).
· Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
· Certifications: PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
In addition, a BA in computer science / IT qualification would be desirable.
Also, if you speak any languages other than English at a fluent level, that would be advantageous to your application; Radwell operates internationally, so any other languages you can speak will always be helpful in this role.
