We're looking for a Project Director to join our Major Projects team based in Plymouth, Devon.
Location: Plymouth, Devon - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired.

Responsibilities
* Leading the site management team through all project phases whilst maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
* Overseeing financial management, billings, and cost procedures throughout preconstruction and delivery
* Ensuring all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters are effectively managed across the project
* Developing bid scopes for trade packages and ensuring subcontractor compliance
* Supporting the team on constructability issues and managing resource allocation during planning and early construction phases
Qualifications
* You have strong experience managing financials, risk management, and stakeholder relations throughout project lifecycles
* You're confident working with structural steelwork, cladding and reinforced concrete
* You understand the management systems and processes used within Tier 1 construction businesses
* You hold a related HNC degree or equivalent qualification and a Full driving licence
* You're comfortable leading client interfaces and can guide teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget
