PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
SHIFTS: Any 4 shifts from 7 – 12-hour shifts including days and nights (rota provided)
PAY RATE: £16.97 - £26.37 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Skelmersdale.
We are looking for candidates with an interest or background in engineering, manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation.

Day-to-Day Duties
• Operating injection moulding machinery
• Setting up and monitoring machines
• Cleaning and maintaining machines
• Using hand and power tools
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Supporting assembly and production lines as required
Essential Skills
• Interest or experience in injection moulding or production work
• Previous manufacturing or engineering experience
• Must be able to work rotating shifts (days and nights)
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and reliability
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your employment
