Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver – Redditch
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Night Shift Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy, well-established warehouse team based in West Bromwich. This role offers an excellent opportunity for stability, long-term development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours (39 hours per week)
* Sunday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
* Monday – Wednesday: 10:00pm – 6:00am
* Thursday: 10:00pm – 5:00am
Pay & Benefits
* £13.50 per hour
* 25% shift allowance
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing customer orders for both UK and export markets
* Checking product quantities and ensuring accuracy
* Completing order-related paperwork and documentation
* Data entry for processing and dispatching orders
* Booking in stock and managing inventory systems
* Replenishing picking locations
* Handling customer collections and returns
* Loading and unloading vehicles using forklift trucks
* Communicating effectively with internal teams regarding order status
* Conducting stock checks and cycle counts (PI)
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and yard
Person Specification
* Previous warehouse experience
* Experience using barcode scanners or similar equipment
* Stock control and inventory management skills
* Basic IT skills and proficiency in data entry
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* FLT licence and experience preferred
