Our service seeks to support our wider partnersand universal services, in supporting the children and families of North East Lincolnshire, without the need for statutory, or social care support.
The Role
This is a new and exciting role in our service. As an EH Coordinator you will work closely with the agencies that form the team around the child,including schools, nurseries, mental health services and the voluntary sector. You will be travelling across the community working alongside multiple services and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families across North East Lincolnshire.
