We are looking for a proactive and creative
Office & Marketing Administrator
to join our team
on a fixed-term contract from now until the end of June 2026
. This is a varied role combining the day-to-day running of our office with the opportunity to lead on marketing and social media for the company and our property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident with administration, and have a flair for marketing and content creation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple tasks, and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to both office systems and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Support
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
* Register new applicants (buyers/tenants) and new property instructions (vendors/landlords).
* Support sales agents with client communication and diary scheduling.
* Prepare and send out contracts and compliance documents, including agency agreements and property information questionnaires.
* Organise, book, and oversee photography, floorplans, EPCs, and other property-related services.
* Carry out due diligence checks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and Land Registry verification.
* Maintain accurate records of all properties and applicants using our CRM.
* Interact with directors and other staff, responding to requests and supporting the wider team.
* Assist with purchase orders and invoicing.
* Maintain accurate records regarding properties we are selling.
Marketing & Property Promotion
* Build property profiles on our CRM: selecting and editing photos, writing compelling property descriptions, and ensuring all legally required material information is included.
* Produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, property particulars, and viewing cards.
* Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Create engaging content like reels, carousels, and visual campaigns, that showcase both our properties and brand.
* Develop and implement a content strategy to expand our reach and following across platforms.
* Monitor engagement analytics to refine and improve marketing performance.
Skills & Attributes
* Previous office administration and/or marketing experience (preferred).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven experience in growing social media accounts with engaging content.
* Confident using:
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Canva or equivalent
* Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Rush or equivalent video editing software)
* Reapit (experience preferred, training provided)
* Confident using AI related software, e.g. ChatGPT
* Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who can keep the office running smoothly and bring creative energy to our marketing. You'll be equally comfortable sending contracts and booking photography as you are designing a social media reel or writing an engaging property bio.

Please note:
This role is a maternity cover position and is therefore offered on a fixed-term basis until the end of June. There may be the possibility of extension, but this will not be confirmed until later in the year.
Salary up to £30,000 per annum (pro rated)
24 days holiday per annum (pro rated)
8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
