Title: Business Systems Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Upstream Professional Development Center Division (UPDC). The UPDC is a corporate university that develops and delivers professional development courses to petroleum engineers and geoscientists.
Your primary role will be leading business analytics, develop performance measurement frameworks, and design quality assurance programs to support excellence in our Technical Training Center.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting business analytics to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.
* Analyzing training performance and outcomes, and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
* Design and implement a quality assurance framework for technical training programs.
* Develop and track key performance indicators.
* Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
* Leverage Artificial Intelligence and data management skills to develop data analytics, identify trends, and build informative dashboards for decision-makers.
Education & Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, Business/Data Analytics, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in education, training and delivery and/or professional development, with at least 7 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, performance analytics, or operational excellence.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into executive‑level insights.
* Experience with generative AI, machine learning, and quality assurance initiatives.
* Experience in data management, technical training, and strategic planning is a plus.
