Location: Kidderminster (Onsite role)
Salary: £25,584 to £36,244 + enhanced overtime + excellent bens

As a Quality Inspector, you'll support the full product lifecycle - from initial build through to final assembly - ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of safety, precision and performance.
What You'll Do - Quality Inspector - Aerospace & Defence
1. Deliver Final Assembly Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and ensure full conformity to quality standards.
2. Write NCRs and support root-cause investigations into technical issues.
3. Inspect rework and verify corrective actions.
4. Work closely with Quality Engineering, Production, and Design teams to improve processes and resolve quality risks.
5. Plan and manage your own inspection workload in partnership with Cell Leaders.
6. Create and maintain FAIRs using Visual FAIR.
7. Build, update and manage CMM programs, probes and software, including troubleshooting errors and collisions.
