The role is ideal for someone who is looking to work 3 days a week and with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Duties will include: * Assisting with the sale of businesses and the transfer of business operations of council-owned businesses * Advising on corporate structure, issues, and warranties * Drafting and reviewing transactional and contractual documentation * Providing commercial and corporate advice to senior stakeholders The Corporate Lawyer role can be worked on a 100% remote working basis and can be Outside IR35.
