Circet UK is looking for a Traffic Management Operative to join our team in Milton Keynes.
Main Purpose:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the TM operative will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of all site-based traffic management activities, working with Circet Traffic Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Competent/adequately qualified for the installation, maintenance & removal of all complex traffic management schemes on rural and urban roads.
* Attend regular site meetings with clients, local authorities, and interested third parties.
* Ability to follow complex TM CAD drawings.
* Survey and design traffic management schemes to assist in the production of TM plans, considering all risks, traffic counts, etc.
* Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance records.
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience in a traffic management environment.
* Qualified for the implementation of temporary traffic management.
* Full driving license.
* Flexibility for weekend work.
* Experience in fast-paced environments.
* Open availability.
* Good knowledge of online systems.
* Sector scheme 12D qualification preferred but not essential; training provided.
