CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial contract in East Croydon. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be working as part of a team of 3 engineers, operating solely on the landlord side of the building, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems. This position is ideal for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer seeking stability and long-term career progression within a reputable organisation.
