The Role
We are seeking Cycle Hire Hub Assistants to work across our Cycle Hire hubs in Ashbourne and Parsley Hay. Responsibilities include:
1. Processing bike hire bookings, repairs, services, sales, and customer queries efficiently.
2. Helping the team meet income targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Maintaining all aspects of cycle hiring including maintenance, cleaning, safety checks, bookings (including web bookings), service history, and collection of cycles in line with operational procedures.
4. Supporting Welcome Volunteers in promoting national park messages and meeting fundraising objectives.

Working Hours
This is an annualised contract for 510 hours per year. You will work on Saturdays and Sundays during the cycle hire season, from late February to early November each year.
