About the School
This specialist provision supports pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), placing strong emphasis on developing each child’s academic progress, independence and confidence within a nurturing and structured environment.

The Role
This is a full-time position within the school’s provision, supporting students with complex needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting learning, communication and emotional development
* Promoting independence, engagement and positive social interaction
* Assisting the class teacher and wider staff team
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Working collaboratively with families and carers to provide consistent support
You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience and further develop your skills within SEND education.
