This is a high-visibility role requiring a proven operator with the capability to manage complex service delivery, high stakeholder expectations, and a large-scale urban estate. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of all facilities and building services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Manage contracts across M&E, cleaning, security, front of house, and building fabric maintenance. Ensure full compliance with statutory, H&S and internal policy obligations. Foster excellent occupier relationships and maintain strong communication channels. Monitor budgets, manage service charges and lead monthly partner performance meetings. Oversee sustainability initiatives, utilities management and emergency preparedness. Deputise for the Estate Manager and support additional sites across the portfolio as required.
