The Role Permanent Full Time We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support smooth daily operations within our warehouse and deliveries function. You will play a key role in ensuring stock is accurately received, stored, picked and delivered to customer sites when required. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will also operate the company van for collections and deliveries. Full training will be provided, so if you have experience in a warehouse, logistics or similar hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Carry out accurate picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out processes. Load, unload and move stock safely across the warehouse. Complete local deliveries and collections using the company van. Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks. Support warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safe working practices. Ensure documentation, delivery notes and systems are updated correctly. Work closely with colleagues to meet daily operational targets. Key Skills / Qualifications Full UK driving licence (essential) with confidence driving a van. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all warehouse tasks. Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities. Good communication skills and willingness to support wider team needs. Basic IT literacy for updating stock systems (training provided). A positive, hands-on approach and commitment to great service.
