We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support smooth daily operations within our warehouse and deliveries function. You will play a key role in ensuring stock is accurately received, stored, picked and delivered to customer sites when required. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will also operate the company van for collections and deliveries.
Full training will be provided, so if you have experience in a warehouse, logistics or similar hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out accurate picking, packing, goods-in and goods-out processes.
* Load, unload and move stock safely across the warehouse.
* Complete local deliveries and collections using the company van.
* Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks.
* Support warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safe working practices.
* Ensure documentation, delivery notes and systems are updated correctly.
* Work closely with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence (essential) with confidence driving a van.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all warehouse tasks.
* Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
* Good communication skills and willingness to support wider team needs.
* Basic IT literacy for updating stock systems (training provided).
* A positive, hands-on approach and commitment to great service.
