TSR Legal are proud to be working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Bristol who are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their established Residential Conveyancing Team.
You’ll be supporting a team led by a Director and Head of Residential Conveyancing.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and supportive leader within a dynamic residential property team.
Key areas of practice
* Residential sale and purchase transactions
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Shared ownership
* Help to Buy
* Auction properties
The ideal candidate will
* Have previous experience supporting fee earners within a conveyancing department
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Be confident liaising with clients, agents, and lenders
* Thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
