Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Homelink Advisor for a Local Authority Client in Nottinghamshire. In this role, you will support Housing Solutions by helping applicants complete HomeLink housing applications, verifying eligibility, and providing clear, professional housing advice. Duties: Support applicants to complete HomeLink housing applications in person and over the phone Assess and verify eligibility and qualification for the housing register Allocate applicants to the correct priority band in line with allocations policy Provide accurate housing advice and complete associated administrative tasks efficiently Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience working in a housing or customer-focused environment Knowledge of housing allocations, eligibility, or homelessness legislation (desirable) Ability to make accurate decisions in a fast-paced, pressurised setting Strong communication skills with a firm but fair approach to customer service What's on offer: Salary: £17ph *may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience* Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week How to apply: Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.
