Dayco Cleaning Ltd is a well-established cleaning and estate services company based in North London. We are trusted by managing agents across London and the surrounding areas to maintain blocks of flats and residential estates to the highest standards. We have built our strong reputation on ingenuity, collaboration, relationships, hard work, and teamwork — and now, we're looking for a driven and committed Contact Administrator to join our growing team.
The Role:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will take ownership of an allocated portfolio of cleaning contracts, ensuring that our services consistently meet (and exceed) client expectations. This is a hands-on and varied role that requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and managing an allocated portfolio of contracts
* Organising cleaning staff rotas and timesheets
* Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through regular reporting and communication
* Motivating, supporting, and guiding your cleaning teams
* Auditing sites to ensure our high standards are maintained
* Coordinating the delivery of cleaning supplies to sites
* Leading mobilisation and training for new cleaners and at new sites
What We're Looking For:
* A strong relationship builder with great interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in the commercial or residential cleaning industry
* Previous experience working with ConnectTeam or similar software for cleaning contract management
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Portuguese or Spanish
* Full UK driving licence
* Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate operational tasks efficiently
* Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
* Self motivated and very organised
