ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team on zero-hour contract. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to promote and sell memberships, targeting potential and returning clients. Your ability to communicate confidently, engage with prospects, and highlight the benefits of our membership program will be key to your success. This flexible position is ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role is based in our London office near Oxford Circus. Remote work is not available.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
Conducting outbound calls to prospect clients, encouraging them to purchase memberships. Following structured call scripts and accurately logging interactions. Communicating the value and benefits of the memberships, tailoring approach based on customer profiles. Overcoming objections and confidently closing sales. Meeting individual and team sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience in strong sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
* Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging phone manner.
* A natural ability to build rapport and handle objections with professionalism.
* Target-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales goals.
* Ability to adapt to different client responses while following key messaging.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to log call details accurately.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call software (a plus).
* Enthusiasm for luxury brands and fashion is desirable.
