Senior Structural Engineer – Didcot

What You’ll Be Doing
* Take ownership of technical delivery for structural engineering projects, including financial and project management aspects.
* Collaborate closely with your team and report to the Project Director.
* Represent the business professionally in meetings with architects, clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including health and safety.
* Assess sustainability and environmental impact throughout project stages.
What They’re Looking For
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Proven post-qualification experience in structural design.
* Ability to design in all conventional materials and experience with refurbishment projects.
* Knowledge of soil mechanics and foundation design.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic design advice.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Collaborative team player with commercial awareness.
