About RD Content
RD Content is a global creative production company working at the intersection of storytelling, technology and craft. From London to New York, Singapore to Abu Dhabi, we produce high-end films, commercials and branded content for world-class clients across every sector.
Alongside our production company, we also operate RD Studios, one of London’s premier sound stages; RD Rentals, a fully stocked camera and lighting rental operation; and RD Post, offering VFX, colour, sound, and cutting-edge AI-driven post-production.
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Manager to support the heartbeat of the company—our people, our schedules, and our facilities.
The Role
The Operations Manager will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our London headquarters, supporting our creative, production, and post-production teams so they can focus on delivering outstanding work. This is an in-office role at the centre of everything we do: staffing, scheduling, HR support, daily operations, and ensuring RD Content remains an inspiring, efficient and well-run place to work.
You’ll have a bird’s-eye view across productions, staff activity, facilities, and workflows—making you a key enabler of our creative output.

* Track staff allocations for shoots, edits, pitches, and internal tasks.
* Monitor timesheets and ensure accurate, timely submission across all teams.
* Ensure resource availability aligns with project demands and deadlines.
* Experience in time management software 'Float' is helpful but not essential.
2. HR Coordination & People Operations
* Coordinate hiring operations, including posting job adverts, managing timelines, and supporting communication with candidates.
* Track and log sickness, time off, and other attendance matters.
* Ensure employee probation reviews and annual staff reviews happen on schedule.
* Support basic HR administration in partnership with senior leadership.
3. Facilities & Office Management
* Oversee the smooth running of the London office and shared spaces.
* Ensure supplies, equipment, and office infrastructure are available and functioning.
* Liaise with external vendors and building management as needed.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance the working environment.
4. Workflow & Process Improvement
* Work closely with production and post-production leads to help streamline operational processes.
* Support coordination between production, studio, rental and post departments.
* Contribute to developing scalable internal systems as the company continues to grow.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you love structure, problem-solving, and supporting creative teams. We are looking for:
* Industry experience within film, TV, advertising, or post-production.
* Knowledge of the Google suite of tools (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
* An understanding of production and post-production workflows.
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
* Strong communication and people-management abilities.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
* A proactive mindset; someone who sees issues before they become problems.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude; you enjoy helping people do their best work.
Why Work at RD Content?

* Work in a vibrant, ambitious environment alongside directors, editors, producers, VFX artists, AI specialists and more.
* Get hands-on involvement in productions, shoots, studio operations and post-production workflows.
* Join a company that is growing quickly and where your impact will be felt immediately.
* Work from a buzzing London office that combines the energy of a creative agency with the machinery of a production house.
